- All sheets used in the construction of the water collector, main furnace, return chamber, and tube sheets are made of fire-resistant sheets DIN17155-17MN4, specifically designed for boiler construction, offering high tensile strength.
- The pipes used are seamless fire-resistant pipes selected according to the DIN17175-ST35.8 standard.
- All welding operations are based on WPS and PQR approved by the Standards Organization and are performed by experienced welders with certified qualifications.
- The electrodes used are of type E7018 and are preheated to 300°C before use. The main welds are performed using an automatic submerged arc welding machine.
- All welds are thoroughly inspected by the quality control team using MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), and RT (Radiography Testing) methods.
- After assembly, the boiler is hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times the design pressure in the presence of the Standards Organization inspector. It is then insulated with a minimum of 100 mm rock wool and covered with a stainless steel sheet of at least 1 mm thickness.
- All materials and manufacturing processes are supervised by companies certified in technical inspection for boilers, and finally, the Iranian National Standard plaque and technical inspection booklet are issued.
- These boilers feature a fully corrugated furnace and are equipped with manholes, handholes, and inspection doors for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Additionally, an explosion-proof system and valve are installed to prevent potential burner explosions.
- The installation of an economizer and superheater on these boilers is also possible.
